Joseph Alexander "Joe" Ragland (born November 11, 1989) is an American-Liberian professional basketball player who plays for Pınar Karşıyaka of the Turkish Basketball League (TBL). ==Professional career== Following two solid years as starting point guard for Wichita State he entered the 2012 NBA draft however he went undrafted.
